When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say, "I used everything you gave me, Lord." I am a believer that God created each one of us with a unique talent, therefore, use it well to serve Him.

Did you hear the news about Big Lots?

Yeah, not only that they're now selling Cricut Personal Electronic Machine but they're selling cartridges as well.  In Minooka area store, I've seen Stretch your Imagination; Bags, Tags and Boxes; Jasmine and Cuttin' Up.  This toys are marked $30/piece.  Bought Cuttin' Up since its the only one that I don't have.

Core'dinations Black Magic Paper Series

Time to play with Momma's new toys.  I wanna see the actual effect of having a black core after embossing it.

Tonic Studio Guillotine

I probably own a bunch of paper trimmers and while temporarily living in a small apartment, I have no other choice but to bring with me my Fiskar portable paper trimmer.  For the last 4 1/2 months, I cannot believe how much I spent replacing the blades.  I wasn't sure if I made the right decision when I bought my Making Memories precision paper trimmer.   This trimmer might be a good buy to some but I am honestly asking myself if its serving its purpose.  I can only cut max 2 cardstocks at a time and the squeaky noise was bothersome too.

Been reading alot for months now about the different brands on trimmers.  Since we got back here in the States, I am debating whether to get Carl or Tonic Studio Guillotine.  And the winner is:  Tonic Studio.  Too bad I still can't used it here.  Too risky for my babies.  BTW, I got the trimmer for sale at Jo-ann's and received it the next day.  Another Christmas present I certainly would enjoy.

Hero Arts 2010 Catalog

Do you know anybody who doesn't love Hero Arts!?  I so love them and their 2010 Catalog is already out. Their newsletter says that these stamps will be available on their online store on January 6, 2010.  These stamps are selling out like crazy. If I'm not mistaken, a couple stamps was designed by Tim Holtz.

Have fun collecting them!

7kidscollegefund Clearance Blowout

Thought I'm done shopping but then again Tab sent out another email and like usual, I just can't let it pass. Bought 3 sets of Penny Black stamps and a bunch of High Hopes.  High Hopes!? Again??? Well, can't help it, they're as nice as Whipper Snapper.

A side trip to Jo-ann's and Tuesday Morning today

Been hearing so much rave about how great stuff are being sold at Tuesday Morning.  Some people says that its like Ollie's but I think they're alot different.  Tuesday morning is so much neater and everything are on shelves and neatly arrange according to what they are.   Staff are much friendlier and nicer.

Here's the bargain stuff I got from Tuesday morning:

Found this set of scissors at Jo-ann's today for 50% plus I grabbed a bunch of Christmas gift wraps, which are 70% off.

More Cricut cartridges....

More cartridges coming in the next coming months.  Boy, I have to get a job to support this addiction.  Honestly, I'm enjoying my Cricut now, the same way I'm enjoying my stamps collection.

The calendar project I'm making, its solely embellished using Cricut Expression machine.

Finally, the BOBO box came today!

Nov 19, I've placed an order from 7kidscollegefunds.  I got an email from Tab that day informing that High Hopes stamps were back on stock again.  I immediately placed my order and was expecting to get the stamps in a couple days.  Unfortunately, I screwed up the billing and the shipping address.  Of course, the box went to the billing address then back here in the States.  Good we have a forwarding address, which is my DFIL's house.  I find it interesting that particular priority package was sent from NJ then to CA then a long pause in between then Philly and finally got in Scranton.  Why would somebody send an item to east coast, then sent to westcoast then back to east coast?  I find that very stupid and a waste of money.  Not complaining, just think its stupid. I'm really glad though that I finally got it after more than a month of waiting for it and worrying if I will still get it.

I think its too late now to use them for my Christmas cards.

My first handmade calendar...

I finally able to play my Cricut jukeboxes and Cricut Expression. I am in the middle right now of a calendar project.  It is an 8 X 8 alterable calendar I got from Target couple months ago.  I should have done it earlier rather than rushing now to get it done in time for Christmas.  Too bad, I'm only half way done with the first calendar.  I guess I will have to make the others simple.  I'm glad I bought the calendar flowers from Flourishes.  Oh BTW, I am now an official member of FLIP.

Will post pictures pretty soon...

Before I forgot, working using the Expression and the 2 jukeboxes was really fun and exciting.  I'm very capable now of using 12 cartridges all at the same time.  I just realized now why Provocraft came out with Gypsy.  I think I would ask DH for a Gypsy for my birthday, which will be in a couple months. Yehey!

Haist... I guess I'm back!

Okay, I guess I'm back and this time I would really keep this blog updated.
Here's the thing, why do some people have the freakin' nerve to be unappreciative of help.  Why do I ended up always being screwed up by people?  Could it be because I am trying hard to be nice, trusty and forcing myself to please the people around me.
When will I learn my lesson?  Mind you, this isn't the first time.  DH said that if I need to be an a-s to protect myself, do it.
It's Christmas, I'm sure I'll get over this.  Just venting out...
