When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left and could say, "I used everything you gave me, Lord." I am a believer that God created each one of us with a unique talent, therefore, use it well to serve Him.

Cricut Cardz Challenge # 56- Clock

Joining in for another fun challenge at Cricut Cardz Challenge # 56 and for this week the rule is to make a New Year's card with clock image on it and you can use any Cricut cartridge of your preference.

I think this is one of my best card ever using my Cricut.  I wasn't much into pastel colors but the other night I was just up to using light colors.  Maybe it was a reflection of my emotions right now.  I need something light. As for the clock image, I decided to use a cuckoo clock and since I can't find anything in my library of cartridge, I cut instead an image of a birdhouse from Cindy Loo and added clock hands from Picturesque.

Cardmaking is so therapeutic.  With all the emotional turmoils that's going on inside me, I at least can re-channel it into creating wonderful cards.  So without further ado, let me share with you my card entry for this challenge:

RECIPE:
PAPER: DCWV and GP 110 white
STAMP: TPC
INKPAD: CTMH
TOOLS: Cricut Expression, Gypsy, PC Paper trimmer, ATG, Zip Dry, EK Success Large Label Punch, and McGill Oval Punch, sponge
CARTRIDGE: Cindly Loo (Birdhouse) and Picturesque (Picturesque)
EMBELLISHMENT: Prima flowers, Prima Say It In Crystal, Recollection flatback pearls, Hancock lace and trims

Thanks for dropping by and for leaving such wonderful comments.  Hope you'll check my other recently posted cards and projects too.

I love your clock design. It makes me think of Cuckoo clock in my house when I was a kid and the fond memories I have of it. Thanks for playing along with us at CCC.
